Prone Airbike

Designed for the foot launched hang glider the Prone Airbike allows the pilot to convert pedal power into height. A front loading reserve parachute allows ample room to pedal while enclosed in the harness.

An optional folding propeller is available. The propeller locks during take-off and landings and is freed only when power is required. A carefully designed airframe allows for very easy ground handling. Two small wheels carry the extra weight of the drive mechanism. Compact and lightweight, the Prone Airbike releases the pilot from the confines of ridge and thermal lift and opens up the skies.
